Item Description
A nice specimen of Gold from Slovakia featuring small bright patches in Quartz matrix with sulfides. It reminds me of samples from the San Juan Mountains in Colorado, e.g. the Sunnyside or Camp Bird mines. This mine is still active according to my friends in Slovakia. I hope to see more of these pieces on the market because they are attractive and fun to study under the microscope.
