Here we have a lovely "Round Cabochon" cut stone of Goldstone, which is defined as a, "type of glittering glass made in a low-oxygen reducing atmosphere" according to the entry on Wikipedia. You might see these stones labeled as Aventurine Glass, "Del-roba" or "Monk's Gold". The material honestly doesn't look like it's human-made, and plenty of people assume it's natural material, resembling something like Sunstone or some kind Quartz with inclusions. This stone is a very nice example of this attractive material with a brilliant coppery metallic reflective quality.
