Item Description

Garnet comes in virtually every color of the rainbow. The now closed Jeffrey Quarry in Quebec, Canada produced some of the most memorable and unique Grossular Garnets in the world. This particular stone has the classic "cinnamon" color that made Grossulars from Jeffrey famous. It is a gorgeous pinkish-orange color gem with VS calrity, and an "Emerald" cut. This locality will never be mined again, so there is now a finite number of good Grossulars from Jeffrey out there. If nothing else, this gem is a great "locality" stone to fill a spot in a Garnet suite.
