Hambergite is a rare Be-borate accessory mineral found in pegmatites. This is a very fine, large, terminated, gem, prismatic, colorless crystal from this obscure Madagascar pegmatite. The glassy crystal has high luster. Specimens of this size and quality are RARE from here and hambergites of any size and quality are very uncommon.
