Item Description
A very rare and very fine, older specimen from one of two Aurora Mines in Chihuahua, Mexico. Glassy, highly lustrous, intergrown calcite rhombs with striking, preferential, brown, hematite inclusions comprise this sculptural, corsage-like specimen. Ex Floyd A. Rapp and Robert Whitmore Collections. The Rapp label probably dates to 1960 or earlier.
