A very aesthetic specimen of moderately lustrous, intergrown, hematite "iron roses" strikingly studded with quartz crystals to 2.6 cm from recent finds at the Lechang Mine of China. This striking piece has very few broken quartz crystals. Certainly not a detraction. Choice combination material from this locale.
