A classic, old-time specimen of hematite kidney ore from the famous Parkside Mine. This choice piece well displays the lustrous, rust-brown, boryoidal shape that connotes this classic hematite form. This historic iron mine was active from 1855-1925 and specimens of this quality are quite rare.
