Hemimorphite with Veszelyite

Item Description

A beautiful contrast of sharp, intense blue spots of the rare copper zinc phosphate Veszelyite mixed with rolling "balls" of saturated, turquoise-blue Hemimorphite on gossan matrix. Although such association was found in abundance at one time, few specimens are available now. There are no crystals of Veszelyite per se, but the intense color can be seen throughout the specimen, and it's is really eye-catching. There are only a few localities in the world where you can get Veszelyite that you can see with the naked eye, and I don't know another locality where it's mixed with Hemimorphite like this.
