Item Description
A killer specimen of the rare and strange manganese-rich garnet species, Henritermierite, from THE best region for crystals of the species. The Henritermierite is present in good large (up to .5 cm) crystals, with luster and a nice red-black color to them. Very sharp. A rich plate like this is exceedingly hard to obtain. Worth every penny of $900-1000 on the open market, and I have seen some sell for more that are not better. RARE!
