A very attractive association specimen from one of the most famous classic Peruvian localities. There are dozens of thin, sharp, lustrous, prismatic, parallel growth crystals of Hubnerite beautifully aesthetically intergrown with colorless/white gemmy Quartz crystals. The finest aspect to this specimen is the fact that when it is strong lit, it shows the classic and highly sought after blood-red hue that made these specimens so popular 30 years ago. An attractive display piece and great quality to boot. Please note that several of the Hubnerite crystals are contacted at the terminations.
