Item Description

A remarkable and aesthetic combination specimen from a New Find at the famous Huanzala Mine. A stunning trio of crossed, blocky, sharp, highly lustrous, jet-black, hubnerite crystals is beautifully accented with a few water-clear quartz points on either side. Faces on the sharply terminated crystals glow with deep wine-red translucence, visible under even normal lighting conditions. The large blade is doubly terminated. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only trivial termination edgewear to the back of the large blade. Huanzala hubnerite and quartz specimens of this very high quality have not seen found for 20-25 years. Valued at $650-750.
