Huge Quartz ps. After Aragonite

A spectacular, very uncommon, LARGE CABINET, pseudomorph specimen from the Raura District of Peru. Sparkly, gray, drusy quartz has pseudomorphed huge, hexagonal, aragonite crystals! The upright crystal is complete all-around and pristine, including the doubly terminated sidecar crystal. The giant 17.5 cm crystal is also totally pristine. The periphery wear on the right is barely noticeable. This sculptural and aesthetic monster probably dates to the 1970s. I have seen a few smaller ones, but certainly not anything of this size and quality. A must for the species or locality collector.
