Indicolite Tourmaline (ex Kay Robertson Collection)

Item Description

A wonderful, gemmy lovely blue (and slightly green) color prismatic group of classic Indicolite Tourmaline from an undisclosed locality in Brazil. The group is in great shape overall and the terminations are nearly unblemished (only a few tiny imperfections). Good quality all the way around, and would make a fantastic little addition to any gem crystal suite, a Tourmaline collection, an assortment of Brazilian minerals or a miniature collection. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#748). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Velt" November-December 2017).
