Item Description
Impressive large and sculptural Japan-Law Twin quartz from Pampa Blanca in Peru. The flattened, tabular crystals are translucent with satin luster faces. Prominent stepped-growth/skeletal faces highlight both twins and the large twin has a sharp, beveled termination edge. The smaller twin on the two-sided piece has a dinged termination. The area is well-known for excellent quartz and epidote specimens. A notably large twin from the locale and valued by the former dealer at $600....a long time ago!
