Item Description

Jouravskite is an ULTRA RARE hydrated sulfate found at only three localities worldwide. Two are in the Kalahari Manganese Field. A "board" of massive manganite is strikingly covered on both sides with a vivid, lemon-yellow crust of fibrous jouravskite. One side of the piece has been sawed to enhance the display quality. Very highly representative and very rich for the rare species and from the famous Nchwaning II Mine. The lemon-yellow color is MUCH MORE vivid in person. Value??
