This beauitful polished Laguna agate slice has a fine provenance, having been in the collection of Dr. Miguel Romero. He assembled the world's finest collection of Mexican minerals before he passed away in 1997. This cutie has striking sharp banding, a classic colorful array of rich colors and sculptural form. The slab really changes from front to back, adding character. Laguna agates are generally considered to be the finest Mexican agates and arguably the finest in the world. They are very highly desirable and this is a good one. 14 grams mass.
