Item Description

A textbook, gemmy, cluster of honey-brown bastnesite crystals from the now famous finds at Zagi Mountain, Pakistan, peaking in around 2007-2009. The intergrown crystals have textbook hexagonal form for this RARE cerium carbonate. The crystals have stellar, intense color, gemminess, luster, and form. It is from this find that redefines what the average collector can get for the top of the species. The rich golden-amber color glows, when the crystals are backlit. Valued at $1000-1500. Before this find made them a little more common for a brief while, you would add another zero toown a piece such as this!
