Item Description

An impressive and sculptural large 360-degree Baveno-twinned microcline crystal from the pegmatites of the Raikot area of Gilgit-Baltistan. The pristine sharp crystal has a very fine sharp termination and fine form all-around. Adding much character and contrast, several sides and faces of the porcelaneous lustre, layered crystal host pods and fields of scattered tiny gemmy, olive-green tourmaline crystals and bladed snow-white cleavelandites. This outstanding large combination specimen is from the late Fall of 2005 find. Choice and uncommon microcline from the Herb Obodda dealer stock.
