Item Description
An impressive, diverging, CABINET, spray of glassy, colorless, danburite crystals from Charcas. Nearly all of the many translucent crystals have gemmy, water-clear, textbook chisel terminations. Crystals reach 5.2 cm. The frontal display view is in excellent shape, with only a few noticeable broken crystals, mostly at the back of the piece. Classic and excellent, large older material. Danburite clusters of this quality are very uncommon from the Aurora Mine. This must have been an important find, as even the mine level is known.
