Item Description

Wickenburgite is a rare Ca-Pb-Al silicate and this rich large combination specimen is from the Type Locality in Arizona. The sculptural matrix includes microcrystalline wickenburgite, willemite, fluorite and chalcedony. The piece has 3-color fluorescence: Red - Wickenburgite; Green - Willemite; and Blue - Fluorite. Not pretty to look at, but remains a large, rich and rare combination example of the species and locale from the David Burgess Collection.
