Item Description

Pretty mint-green, translucent prehnite crystals have pseudomorphed an impressive large jackstraw cluster of elongated laumontite crystals. This is classic and excellent old material from the famous Malad Quarry at Mumbai. The quarry closed 20-30 years ago due to population growth. The pseudos reach over 5.5 cm and some are hollow. This large matrix piece has three fine display views. Valued at $750-950.
