Lavender Chalcedony (matched pair)

From a new find at the end of 2022, here we have a beautiful matched pair of lavender Chalcedony gems from Indonesia. These stones have beautiful banding patterns with attractive color and good translucency when backlit. The stone were cut with the intention of having them set into earrings, and they could easily be bezel-set or wire-wrapped to create a wonderful set of jewelry. I love the color in this material, and they look beautiful when they're backlit, as they have a slight golden overtone in areas. We picked these up from a friend a few months ago, and we don't know if there will be more going forward, so don't miss out in case the find was limited and no more are found.
