Item Description
A striking and sculptural legrandite specimen from the Dave Stoudt Collection. This aesthetic plate is composed of an artful, radial starburst of multi-hued, legrandite blades. The crystals range from glassy, straw-yellow to reddish-brown. Some of the reddish-brown blades even have an iridescent shimmer to them! Excellent, very showy and rich material of this Holy Grail Mexican species. Unusual in these colors and form. Valued at $300-400. From finds of the 1970s
