Intergrown water-clear quartz points are artistically set on the side of a gemmy to translucent magnesite rhomb on this adorable combination thumbnail from famous Brumado. Ex Kay Robertson # 8454 and acquired from well-known Brazilian dealer Carlos Barbosa at the 1978 Tucson Show. Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017). An elegant combination cutie from the locale.
