Item Description
Bright green malachite has replaced a stunning, sharp 1.3 cm, pristine barite prism with a striking chisel termination. The pseudo is elegantly set on the thumbnail matrix. This is an adorable and RARE thumbnail pseudomorph from this famous open pit Cu-Co deposit, now worked occasionally by artisanal miners. These exquisite rarities were brought by a French dealership to the 2002 Tucson Show, with no more since. A superb pseudo thumbnail from the Ken Roberts Pseudomorph Collection. Hard to value as these are so rare!
