Item Description

Colorful and sculptural old miniature combination material from this famous extinct Arizona mine. Sparkly spherical aggregates of glassy calcite rhombs are aesthetically clustered on lustrous rich emerald-green spherical aggregates of primary malachite crystals and contrasting crusts of turquoise-blue chrysocolla. An attractive and rich older calcite combination piece from this historic Arizona locale, probably dating to the 1950s or earlier. The mine closed in 1957.
