Item Description

A strikingly beautiful and sculptural pseudomorph specimen from the now famous Milpillas Mine. Rich green, velvet malachite has pseudomorphed two clusters of sharp, tapered azurite blades on this very fine small cabinet. The super tapered pseudo cluster looks just like a christmas tree against a large snow bank! The white matrix is a super contrast. Essentialy pristine. The smelter is converting to sulfide ore soon, indicating the oxide zone is about mined out. No more superb azurites and malachites will be forthcoming. Get a very fine example of this varietal while you can!
