An impressive, large, 8.8 x 8.1 x 6.3 cm, sharp, textbook manebach-twinned microcline crystal is dramatically set upright in the large matrix of smaller microcline crystals strikingly peppered with contrasting lustrous schorl crystals to 3.2 cm. This is an outstanding large 3-sided combination with a significant twinned microcline crystal from the famous Shigar Valley. Expertly prepared, the piece displays beautifully without aid. Specimens with this crystal size, form and quality are very uncommon from here.
