Item Description

Stunning neon-orange fluorescence on this sculptural and aesthetic intergrown cluster of glassy, translucent, pastel-pink, nailhead spar calcite crystals from this well known Dalnegorsk mine. The stepped-growth termination faces add pizzazz to this 360-degree cutie. The noted periphery wear is certainly acceptable in the context of this showy specimen. Comes with the former dealer label from the early 1990s, when the area was still known as Tetjuche-Pristan and specimens were first reaching Western markets. Seldom on the market today.
