Item Description

A startling and fine mounded plate of dense, porcupine-style, dogtooth, light pink, manganoan calcite crystals from the famous mines at Naica. The lustrous, translucent crystals reach 1.3-1.5 cm and many have very nifty phantoms. An uncommon and most excellent style from this locale. Pristine and displays well from either side. Bright orange-pink fluorescence. Choice material from the Bob Trimingham Collection. BETTER IN PERSON.
