A 3.3 cm, flattened, nailhead calcite disk is dramatically and aesthetically set upright amidst a striking dense forest on quartz points. A smaller flat-lying calcite is 2.1 cm across. The translucent calcites have subtle pink manganoan color with satin luster faces. Scattered, tiny, mirror-luster, brassy pyritohedrons are an excellent accessory. The glassy quartz points reach 2.3 cm and are richly peppered with tiny calcite disks. Probably from the famous Nikolaevskiy Mine. Hot pink LW UV calcite fluorescence.
