Item Description

Margarite is an uncommon Mica Group species. Foliated clusters of pearlescent pink margarite blades are showingly emplaced in a vug in biotite-chlorite schist. The Wright Mine is the oldest of the famous Chester emery mines. Ex Harold Urish Collection.
