Item Description

Matulaite is a very rare complex phosphate and this rich and showy thumbnail is from the Type Locality, an old, extinct, iron mine. Discovered in 1977, the sculptural limonite matrix has two vugs totally filled and other areas covered with sparkly, white, microcrystalline matulaite. Seldom on the market.
