A classic, rich and showy CABINET specimen of lustrous, curved, honey-brown barrels of mimetite variety campylite festooned on sculptural quartz matrix from the historic Dry Gill Mine of Cumbria, England. Ex Dennis Mullane Collection and comes with a Compton Rock label dating from 1949-56. This is rare, old large material and of a great color. $3 was not cheap in those days.
