Minium, an uncommon bright red to orange Pb-oxide, is uncommon from the historic and extinct Pb-Zn deposits at Stribro, that were worked since the 1100s! Orange-red crusts really brighten up the blocky quartz-rich matrix, that includes some splendent "mother" galena. Rare old material from the David Burgess Collection, for whom Burgessite is named. Comes with a label from respected rarities dealer Josef Vajdak/Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value.
