Item Description

Mineral specimens from this less well-known phosphate mine are rare compared to those from the nearby and famous Tom's quarry. Sparkly sprays of gemmy, tiny, colorless to gray minyulite needles cover the gossan matrix plate on this rich and showy miniature from this obscure locale. Minyulite is a very rare complex hydrated phosphate species. An uncommon, excellent, very rich and highly representative example.
