Item Description
Rich, dense growth of bladed, intergrown Mn-Vesuvianite crystals that compose the entire miniature. Where there are pockets, the individual crystals are up to 1 cm in length and very lustrous. Elsewhere, lathes up to 1.5 cm can be seen within the matrix, and the Mn-Vesuvianite can be in more massive blocks over 1 cm in all dimensions. A good, representative specimen of an uncommon species.
