A very sculptural and impressive large opal specimen from Virgin Valley. The cream-colorled piece is highly lustrous to matte-finish and has the typical conchoidal fracture of opal. BRIGHT neon lime-green fluorescence! 188 grams mass. Ex David Burgess Collection, for whom Burgessite is named. Suitable as lapidiary material.
