Item Description

A sculptural and gorgeous CABINET specimen of connected intergrown balls of creedite and covered with gemmy, light-orange to colorless crystals from the NEW find of Ausgust, 2009. Good creedites were rare and expensive from ANY locality, until these orange ones were found in Mexico. Suddenly, you could own a really fine creedite without selling your house to get it. Then, we heard that the mining was FINISHED, apparently for good. So if you do not have one, well, here is another chance. This is a beautiful and aesthetic specimen with very few broken crystals, for such a large piece. The is an EXCELLENT, VERY near floater cluster of creedite, with only a few small points of attachment on the back and sides! This is a very showy, puffball-like cluster of creedite balls. The creedite crystals in this find are generally larger and gemmier, than earlier finds. STRIKING.
