Pendant, Malachite in Sterling Silver (Apple)

Item Description

A few years ago, there was a discovery in Argentina of some of the best banded Malachite found that rivals the most attractive Malachite from the Congo. This Sterling Silver pendant features an attractive "Apple Cabochon" cut stone with a great "zebra" like pattern with alternating mint-green and forest-green bands of color througout. The setting is a simple bezel around the perimeter of the stone with and accenting stem and leaf near the bale. The stone looks great in the setting, and this is certainly unlike the other pendants that we've offered in before in the auctions.
