Item Description

This is a very unique piece of jewelry that was hand made by Brett Kosnar in 2008. This piece features a lively pink-purple color, "Oval" cut Spinel gem from Burma that is set into a totally one-of-a-kind "leaf-like" Sterling Silver pendant. The piece has kind of a Native American feel to it, and is simply unlike any piece of jewelry that I have seen. The gem has a very attractive color, as it is not at all grey or black in appearance. It is difficult to find superb quality Spinels, espeically in this color, because of political upheaval in southeast Asia. It appears that these stones will soon be very very hard to come across and the days of the good Spinels may be dwindling. The pendant comes with a Sterling Silver chain, and is valued at $475 retail. A cool pendant that will certainly be a conversation piece for the person who wears it.
