Pink Fluorite (GEM crystal) on Albite

There are a few pegmatite localities in Pakistan that produce excellent Fluorite crystals, which are honestly some of the finest quality Fluorites from any pegmatite locality in the world. The famous pieces from Chumar Bakhoor are beloved for their excellent form and color, and this piece is a fantastic cabinet sized display specimen featuring a sharp, lustrous, very well-formed, GEM QUALITY, gorgeous pink color octahedral crystal measuring 2.0 cm across, sitting on a large crystallized group of white bladed Albite (var: Cleavelandite). A small amount of accenting silvery Muscovite can be seen in a few spots. The Fluorite crystal has a tiny variance in color in the center, showing a slightly greenish-golden hue. No major damage that I can find to the Fluorite with the naked eye, and it's notably sharp and transparent for the material, as most crystals from Chumar Bakhoor can be slightly "rounded" in their form, and typically are more translucent. Additionally, the matrix is a rarity for the locality as well, as one rarely sees such robust mounds of well-crystallized Albite like this, it's usually seen as a minor accessory species from the locality.
