Item Description
This piece is a lovely example of this superb material featuring rather large, sharp, well-formed, hexagonal crystals of yellow-green Pyromorphite which have been partially replaced / pseudomorphed / coated by soft colored Plumbogummite. I love the defined "hoppered" / skeletal flared on the termination A few small contacts keep the piece from being 100% perfect, but it's still a very good example of this elusive material. These are not the typical replacements that we're used to seeing from China, and this piece stands out as a good quality specimen that would make a great addition to any secondary ore collection or a suite of Chinse minerals. Valued at $900.
