Prehnite with Gyrolite

I know that Indian Zeolites and associated minerals are everywhere, but you must appreciate them for what they are. They are simply some of the finest crystallized examples of their respective species extant. This piece is actually from a find from the late 1990s. It features a crystallized group of pale green color Prehnite which plays host to spherical groups of off-white Gyrolite measuring up to 6 mm across. No major damage that I can find with naked eye, and this combination / association is not commonly seen from India. For reference, neither Prehnite or Gyrolite are Zeolite species, but they are often found in association with Zeolites, so it's important to make that distinction when referencing minerals from the Deccan Trap. One day (eventually) India will not produce any more of these Zeolites (and associated species), and they will more than likely receive great recognition for being the amazing display specimens that they are.
