An impressive, rich and very fine shattuckite and malachite combination small cabinet from recent finds in the Kaokoveld. The curvy sculptural shattuckite vug shows the powder-blue acicular banded shattuckite that forms the botryoids in the interior. A striking large terminated sheave of very elongated, parallel-growth primary malachite crystals nearly fills the vug. The contrast of rich green within the powdery blue pocket is striking. This is a very fine, classic and very aesthetic combination of the species and locale. Rare in this combination quality. Choice material from the Charlie Key dealer stock. Valued at $1000-1250.
