Item Description

A wonderful miniature sized specimen of the classic and desirable specimens of Pseudomalachite from the Silberbrunnle Mine in the Black Forest of Germany. This piece features lovely blue-green, flowing patches of this hard to find copper phosphate on oxidized matrix. This is hard to find material on the market today. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#5598). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
