Item Description
A striking and aesthetic pyrite specimen from the Shangbao Mine. The crystals have fabulous mirror-bright, brass-yellow color and luster. The dramatic large cube is 3.8 x 3.1 x 2.7 cm. A bit of scattered edgewera is noted, but is certainly a modest detraction. HIghly representative of the species and find. Chinese pyrites of this quality could hold their own with good Peruvian specimens.
