A striking, 3.0 cm cluster of sharp, bronzy, interpenetrating pyrite twins is jauntily set atop shale matrix on this fine specimen from an uncommon German locality. The density and complexity of the twinning is very noteworthy. Nearly pristine, trivial edge wear is noted to just one crystal. Seldom on the market from this abandoned quarry.
