Item Description

A BIG display specimen of the famous Pyromorphites from the well known Crabulazzu Mine in Sardinia, Italy. This mine is best known for its Pyromorphites, but rarely are pieces this size found. Hundreds of golden-yellow to green botryoidal groups and hexagonal crystals cover nearly the entire display side of the specimen and even the bottom. Good condition all the way around and very attractive when viewed under high magnification. Typically one does not think of Pyromorphite when it comes to Italian minerals, and this piece would make a great addition to any collection of secondary ore minerals. From the collection of John Arnaud of Colorado. Please note that due to the larger size and weight of the piece, an additional shipping charge will be added to this specimen. Valued at $900.
