Item Description
Here we have a wonderful little thumbnail sized piece of the beautiful old classic Pyromorphites from Wheal Alfred in Cornwall. Some of the finest Cornish examples of the species were found at this locality. The piece almost certainly dates back to the 1800s. A fine group of lustrous, beautiful apple green to yellow-green colored hexagonal prisms of Pyromorphite free of matrix. Notably diffcult to find on the market today.
